Walking down Main Street in Jerome, Arizona, the big gaping hole where The Desperation Depot once stood is not difficult to notice. The ex-sheriff of the county John Clarke and his fiancé Ellie Parker have committed to rebuilding the former bordello where Magdalena was once the madam.

But this building is not quite what it seems, add in the fact that rumors in this small northern town are running rampant about a hidden treasure left by the owner in days gone by. Who knows what they will find?
